At Longcot and Fernham CE Primary School, we use the Zones of Regulation across the school to support our children with emotional literacy, wellbeing and self regulation. In each class there is a visual prompt for thinking about the zones and shared suggestions for strategies we can use when big emotions are hard to manage.
