British Museum in London Blackbird and Robin Class on Monday 18th May. This visit will help support and enrich our learning in history, linked to Ancient Greece and science, where we will be looking at the work of Maria Merian. During the day, the children will take part in a fascinating Tablet Tour Workshop, within which they will use augmented reality to examine the objects on display.As we need to travel into London and want to maximise the day, the coach will be leaving school at 8am (children to arrive by 7:45am) and children are due back to be collected from school by 4:30pm. If your child is usually collected by The Ranch at 3.00pm, please make alternative arrangements. Text reminders and updates will be sent on the day. Children will need to wear school uniform and bring a packed lunch, including a water bottle.
